- managing return, exchange, and refund processes,
- managing customer relations, requests, and complaint processes,
- carrying out accounting and financial processes,
- fulfilling legal obligations,

- conducting commercial communication, campaign, and marketing activities, if explicit consent is given.
The KVKK Authority states that the data processing purposes in the illumination content must be expressed in a specific, clear, and legitimate manner. Vague expressions that cover all uncertain or future purposes are not considered appropriate.
4. Method of Collection and Legal Basis for Personal Data
Your personal data may be collected through physical or electronic methods such as forms on the website, membership and order screens, contact forms, email correspondence, customer support processes, cookies, digital analysis tools, and similar means. The KVKK Authority lists informing the data subject about the method and legal basis of personal data processing as mandatory elements within the scope of illumination.
Your personal data may be processed based on the legal reasons stated in Article 5 of the Law, such as: being directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract, the data controller fulfilling its legal obligation, data processing being mandatory for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right, the legitimate interest of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject, and explicit consent when necessary. The KVKK Authority also emphasizes that regardless of which processing condition is relied upon, the illumination obligation must also be fulfilled separately.
5. To Whom and For What Purposes Personal Data May Be Transferred
Your personal data may be transferred to payment institutions, banks, cargo and logistics companies, information technology and infrastructure service providers, accounting and financial consultants, legally authorized public institutions and organizations, and, when necessary, legally authorized private individuals, within the scope of fulfilling the above-mentioned purposes and in accordance with relevant legislation. Within the scope of the illumination obligation, it is necessary to explain to whom and for what purposes the data may be transferred.
For marketing, commercial electronic messages, or similar activities requiring explicit consent, the relevant processes are evaluated separately. The KVKK Authority clearly states that explicit consent texts and illumination texts should be prepared separately.
6. Rights of the Data Subject
Pursuant to Article 11 of the Law, as the data subject whose personal data is processed, we inform you that you have the following rights by applying to EMY Atelier: to learn whether your personal data has been processed, to request information if it has been processed, to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose, to know the third parties to whom the data has been transferred domestically or abroad, to request correction if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed, to request its deletion or destruction within the framework of the conditions in the Law, to request that the corrections/deletions made be notified to the third parties to whom the data has been transferred, to object to the emergence of a result against you due to the exclusive analysis of the processed data by automatic systems, and to request the compensation of damages if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing. The existence of these rights is also explained by the KVKK Authority within the scope of fundamental rights granted to the data subject.
7. Application Method
You can submit your requests within the scope of the Law to EMY Atelier in accordance with the current legislation. You can send your applications to us in writing via the contact information below or by other methods permitted by legislation. Within the framework of KVKK, data controllers are expected to provide a channel where data subjects can submit and evaluate their applications.

8. Updating the Illumination Text
EMY Atelier reserves the right to update this Illumination Text in line with business processes, technical requirements, and legislative changes. In the guidelines and communiqués of the KVKK Authority, it is emphasized that the illumination obligation must be fulfilled in a way that is up-to-date and accurately reflects the relevant processing activity.
